The X of Chassis is definitely censorship and curtailment of the freedom of expression or artists under the framework of Presidential Decree 1986. A 26 year old Marcos Decree which essentially curtails the freedom of expression of film makers. A law, CAP and film makers such as Lino Brocka, has been fighting against ever since.
