Blogging a song 10/10/10 action day #350pinoy

Alagaan ang Kalikasan (Care for the Environment) was written and first recorded August last year, a month before the onslaught of Ondoy and Pepeng. To celebrate the song’s timely message, a better version was produced this year. Have fun listening! Climate justice now! Lyrics after the jump.

Alagaan ang Kalikasan
Alagaan ang Kalikasan (was originally titled ‘Pansinin ang Kalikasan’) is the official theme of CDRC’s 30-minute disaster preparedness segment airing at Radio Veritas DZRV 846 khz every Friday 7:30am. It has been a year since I’ve written and recorded this song and I think the best way to celebrate its timely message is to sing and record the song one more time. A jazzy fun beat this time around. Have fun listening! If the play button above doesn’t work, try this one.
