Agham’s 10.10.10 #350pinoy campaign to save the Marikina watershed
Advocates of Science and Technology for the People or AGHAM is an organization scientists, technologists, and engineers founded in 1999. A tree planting activity in partnership with Kalingap Marikina Watershed aimed at raising awareness and protecting a significant water source was AGHAM‘s contribution to 350.org‘s global action day for the environment on 10.10.10. Alagaan ang Kalikasan (was originally titled ‘Pansinin ang Kalikasan’) is the official theme of CDRC’s 30-minute disaster preparedness segment airing at Radio Veritas DZRV 846 khz every Friday 7:30am. It has been a year since I’ve written and recorded this song and I think the best way to celebrate its timely message is to sing and record the song one more time. A jazzy fun beat this time around.
